Brenda’s Secret To Transforming Training Journeys One Client At A Time
When clients sign up for our various short courses, they are not just signing up for a simple course, they are taking a step forward toward upgrading their careers.

And behind every successful enrollment is Brenda Nduati. The warm and dedicated business development executive who ensures each client feels seen, heard and supported.
What sets Brenda apart is not just her competence, it’s the genuine passion she has for connecting with the people she interacts with. She doesn’t just process inquiries; she makes sure she listens and guides the clients looking to upskill.
I had a chat with her to understand her process in engaging clients and facilitating our short courses. She did not disappoint.
For Brenda, the most rewarding part of her work is uncovering what drives each client.
“I love discovering each client’s specific goals and dreams. I find it rewarding to help them advance their careers and witness their enthusiasm as they embark on their upskilling journey,” she shares
Even when the day is busy, you can count on Brenda to ensure every client never feels rushed or overlooked. “Active listening is key.” That has been her mantra as long as she has worked here.
“My number one priority is to always make sure I actively listen to client concerns and ask clarifying questions to understand their needs.” she explains “I ask questions, circle back to their concerns and always follow up with management whenever there is an issue.”
One lesson she has learned from her work is the fact that one size does not fit all, especially in education.
“I always take the time to learn about the goals, interests, and background of each customer. This has enabled me to tailor my suggestions to meet their requirements, regardless of whether they are seasoned experts looking for further training or new in their careers.” She says.
“For example, when I meet someone who wants to take a PMP course, and yet they are a beginner in project management. I will advise them to take a project management class instead.”
This personalised approach has led to several success stories. Some clients who started unsure thrived after taking the course thanks to her encouragement.
I asked her how she stays positive amid the chaos and pressure; her answer touched me.
“I keep reminding myself that behind every email, course request or call is a real person who is looking to advance in their career.”
For the people who are considering taking up a short course or upskilling, here is some advice from the expert herself.
“Stay curious and don’t lose that consistency. Your personal development might feel slow, but with a plan in mind and persistence, you will get there.
