Tell us about yourself.
My name is Mr Ogutu Charles Wandera. I am an education professional with over 14 years of experience in teaching and school management. I specialize in biology and chemistry in the new curriculum (integrated science). I have worked in both classroom and leadership roles and am currently responsible for guiding the institution’s academic and operational success.
How long have you been looking for a job, and what has your job search experience been like?
I had been actively looking for a new leadership opportunity for about six months. While the job search can be challenging, the right support and resources make a significant difference.
