We know that leadership can be a lonely journey, and at times, it’s necessary to seek support from your peers to tackle the people management and business challenges you encounter.
That’s why we came up with this free leadership and networking program for business leaders looking to enhance their leadership skills, learn from others and network.

How it works/What to expect:
- This is an online 8-week program where we meet weekly,(Wednesday evenings) to address critical leadership experiences
- In between the program, there will be two physical networking sessions.
- To sustain skills learned and continue with the networks formed after the program, you are welcome to join our evening bi-monthly events, where we will invite guest speakers to discuss different leadership topics
Target Audience:
- Must be a senior leader/manager with at least five years of experience
- Business owners and entrepreneurs with more than 20 employees
Meet your leadership & Networking Program Facilitator:
Perminus Wainaina is the C.E.O and Managing Partner at Corporate Staffing Services Ltd, a leading HR consultancy firm based in Westlands, Nairobi Kenya.
He leads a team of 28 staff and has wide experience in coaching, leadership development, recruitment, and HR consultancy.
His day job involves meeting and engaging employers looking to hire senior talent i.e managers, GM’s across different professionals, and C.E.O’s for various industries.
In the last 12 years he has interviewed over 2,000 senior professionals and managers looking to transition to an executive role. Therefore, he understands the workings, demands and expectations of the corporate world.
He has coached over 500 managers helping them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their career development objectives, and unlock their potential.
For employers, he has consulted for firms such as OX-FAM, UN Women, Action Aid, Windsor Golf Club, Nivea, Weetabix etc.
He is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach by the International Coach Federation and is an alumni of CDI Africa Executive Coaches.
Outside of work, Perminus is passionate about mentorship, coaching and training youth in matters relating to education and skills acquisition. He was an active member of Rotary Club of Muthaiga until 2021.
He is also a former member of the HR Technical Committee representing the private sector, at the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) Human Resource Standardization Committee.

Duration: This program is held once a week for eight weeks. This program starts on Wednesday, 21st June 2023
Time and Place: The program will be facilitated via Zoom every Wednesday, from 7.00 to 9.00 pm.
